A few ideas, if you need them
- What you did
- Name the specific thing: remembering to call, explaining something, or staying to help.
- What it meant to me
- What became easier, more enjoyable, or less lonely because of it?
- What I want to say
- Use words you would actually use. “I was glad you…” is a perfectly good place to begin.
