Positivity Prescription is operated by Vantage Actual LLC. This notice explains how information is handled when you read the site or contact the publication.

Reading the site

You do not need an account to read the articles or use the printable pages. The site has no active newsletter signup, contact form, advertising network, tracking pixel, or visitor analytics service. It does not set its own cookies or save information in your browser’s local storage.

Search and category filtering happen in your browser. Search words and the selected category appear in the page address. Anyone you share that address with can see them, and your browser may keep them in its history. Avoid putting sensitive information in the search box.

Images and fonts are served with the site. The printable pages are for your own use; we do not receive what you write on them.

Email you send us

When you email the publication, we receive your email address, any name your email service provides, your message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to answer your question, investigate a problem, handle a correction or permission request, and keep the relevant correspondence.

Email is handled through Google Workspace. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please send only the details needed for your request, and leave out medical records, financial account details, and other sensitive information.

Technical information and service providers

Delivering a website requires its host to process connection information such as your IP address, requested page address, browser information, and request time. Hosting and security providers may retain technical records to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and investigate errors. Cloudflare hosts the site and manages the domain’s DNS; its privacy notice describes its processing of service and network data. Those operational records are separate from visitor analytics or advertising tracking.

We use service providers to deliver the site and handle email. They process the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to someone’s safety.

Keeping and requesting information

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion date for every message or provider backup.

You can ask about information you have sent us, request a correction, or request its deletion by contacting support@positivityprescription.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an ongoing issue.

Other websites and changes

Links may take you to other websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
